At CleanSnap™, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Coverage 🇿🇦

We currently ship to customers throughout the Republic of South Africa.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.


Shipping Costs 🚚

We offer a simple nationwide flat-rate shipping fee:

Standard Nationwide Shipping: R89

This flat rate applies regardless of your province or city within South Africa.

All orders are shipped using our trusted courier partner:

Aramex South Africa

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available so you can follow your delivery journey.


Processing Times 📦

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders placed:

  • On weekends;
  • On public holidays; or
  • Outside normal business hours

will begin processing on the next business day.

During busy periods, promotional events or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.


Estimated Delivery Times ⏱️

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is:

8-11 business days nationwide within South Africa.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates and may vary depending on:

  • Your delivery location;
  • Courier capacity;
  • Weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Peak shopping periods;
  • Load shedding;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Strikes; or
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remote and Outlying Areas

Deliveries to remote, rural or outlying areas may take longer than our standard estimated delivery timeframe.

Additional delivery charges may apply for certain remote locations. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.


Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.


Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery addresses are correct;
  • Contact numbers are accurate;
  • Delivery instructions are complete.

CleanSnap™ cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied during checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address information;
  • No one being available to receive the parcel;
  • Failure to respond to courier communication;

the parcel may be returned to us by the courier.

Any costs associated with re-delivery may be the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To assist with investigations, we may request:

  • Your order number;
  • Photographs of the package;
  • Photographs of any damaged items.

Claims for damaged deliveries should be reported within 72 hours of delivery where reasonably possible.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, CleanSnap™ shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier network disruptions;
  • Extreme weather conditions;
  • Public holidays;
  • Load shedding;
  • Civil unrest;
  • Strikes;
  • Supplier delays;
  • Events beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership and Risk

Ownership of products remains with CleanSnap™ until payment has been received in full.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery at the delivery address provided during checkout.
